Candle Safety Guidelines :

  • Our candles are designed for decorative and fragrance use, and must always be handled responsibly to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant, and non-flammable surface before lighting.

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended under any circumstance.

  • Keep candles away from curtains, paper, furniture, electrical appliances, and other combustible materials.

  • Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

  • Trim the wick to an appropriate length before each burn to help maintain a clean, even flame.

  • Do not burn a candle for an excessively long duration. For best performance and safety, we recommend limiting each burn session to a reasonable period and allowing the candle to cool before relighting.

  • Avoid moving a candle while it is lit or while the wax is still hot.

  • Do not allow the candle to burn completely down to the bottom of the container.

  • Stop using the candle if the container becomes cracked, damaged, or overheated.

  • Use the candle in a well-ventilated area and away from direct drafts, which may cause uneven burning or excessive flame movement.

  • Extinguish the flame carefully using proper candle-safe methods.


Wax & Fragrance Safety Guidelines :

  • Our candles and sachets are made using carefully selected waxes and premium fragrances. While our products are designed to offer a refined sensory experience, fragrance sensitivity may vary from person to person.

  • Some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to certain fragrances, essential oils, or aroma compounds.

  • If you have a history of fragrance allergy, asthma, respiratory sensitivity, or skin irritation, please use fragranced products with caution.

  • Avoid direct skin contact with melted wax, fragrance oils, or concentrated scented materials.

  • Do not ingest any part of the candle or sachet product.

  • Burn the candle on a level surface to ensure even wax melting.

  • On the first burn, allow the wax to melt across a sufficient surface area to help prevent tunneling.

  • Keep the wick centered after each use for an even burn pool.

  • Trim excess wick before relighting to reduce soot and maintain a cleaner flame.

  • Allow the candle to cool completely before reusing.

  • Use the candle in a calm indoor environment for the best fragrance diffusion.

  • Store unused candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors.


Sachet Usage Guidelines for Optimal Results :

  • Our scented sachets are designed to provide a gentle and long-lasting fragrance experience in enclosed spaces. For optimum fragrance performance, they should be used in closed areas such as wardrobes, almirahs, drawers, suitcases, and cars.

  • Place the sachet in a closed or partially enclosed space to allow the fragrance to diffuse gradually and last longer.

  • Do not place sachets directly on fabric, delicate surfaces, or items that may be stained by fragrance residue.

  • Avoid opening or tearing the sachet packet unnecessarily, unless the product is specifically intended for direct fragrance release.

  • For use in a car, place the sachet in a safe location where it will not obstruct driving, controls, or visibility.

  • Keep sachets away from water, direct heat, and prolonged sunlight, as these may reduce fragrance longevity.

  • Do not use sachets near food items or in areas intended for consumption.
